Surrogate Mother Compensation
Surrogate Mother Pay: How Much Does A Surrogate Get Paid?
When you submit your application to join our agency as a surrogate mother, your total earnings, which includes both base pay and surrogate benefits will potentially allow you to earn up to $100,000. The base pay, which varies between $50,000 and $90,000 depending on your prior experience and location, will be paid out in ten equal monthly installments over the duration of the surrogate pregnancy.
At our agency, first-time surrogates in California will usually earn between $60,000 and $70,000 base pay, while first-time surrogates in other states will typically be paid between $50,000 and $60,000. Experienced surrogates can expect to earn between $60,000 and $90,000. At Trusted Surrogacy Center we pay our experienced surrogates an extra $10,000 for each successful consecutive surrogacy journey.
In addition to your base pay, you'll receive extra surrogate benefits valued at approximately $5,000 to $10,000+. We provide our surrogates with exceptionally generous benefit packages that include great perks such as $2,000 signing bonus, $800 for maternity clothing, $250 monthly allowance, $500 start of medication, $1,000 embryo transfer, lost wages and more as outlined in your benefit package.
One advantage of choosing our agency is that you can customize your compensation and benefits package. If you want a higher base pay than what is typical for surrogates in your area and experience level or want to make other changes to your benefit package. We will collaborate with you to implement your desired changes and are committed to doing our best to match you with an intended parent who meets your specific criteria.
Aside from the financial compensation, you will also gain a sense of fulfillment that comes from helping prospective parents realize their dream of having a child.
